Sierra Bruington

Sierra is involved in many areas of our Fitness Department here at Mission Fitness. She instructs everything from private training and group fitness classes, to water shy and beginner private/group swim lessons.

My aquatics background started in serving as a lifeguard for 3 years and realized I enjoyed teaching others at that time.

My personal philosophy is that it is very important to not only learn how to swim, but how to enjoy the water safely.
